The Contractor will be responsible for overseeing the day -to -day operations of the IT team, participating to IT projects, ensuring the security and integrity of data, providing technical support to employees, and implementing and maintaining IT systems.This role is located in Barcelona and requires on -site presence.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goalsDelegate tasks and set deadlinesOversee day -to -day operationMonitor team performance and report on metricsMotivate team membersListen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsRecognize high performance and reward accomplishmentsEncouragement creativityAct as a Business Partner with relevant stakeholders (CEO, COO etc.)RequirementsStrong knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management Expertise in network and system integrationExperience in project management and leading IT teamsKnowledge of ITIL principles and best practicesCapable to build Technical documentationExcellent problem -solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and effectively manage prioritiesExperience in the tech industry or similar role is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldProficiency in English and Spanish (preferred) BenefitsCompany LaptopFlexible working hours Hybrid teleworking policy (up to 3 days of remote work per week)
