A client in the hospitality technology industry is seeking an Interim COO PMI Specialist to join the team for a 3-month assignment.

You will lead the post-acquisition integration of two businesses, reporting directly to the founder. The objective is to drive operational transformation and prepare the company for rapid growth across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration of two businesses following a strategic acquisition
  • Merge teams and manage organisational transformation
  • Assess and restructure the existing team, retaining top talent
  • Implement an AI-first operational mindset across the business
  • Overhaul manual processes and drive digitisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech M&A integrations and turnarounds (2+ projects)
  • High energy, fast-paced leadership style
  • Strong SaaS operational background
  • Ability to assess and re-organise teams quickly
  • Deep understanding of AI trends and practical implementation
  • Track record of leading from the front in high-growth setting

Details

  • Start date: December 1st
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Day rate: Up to £1,000Ltd or 130k Euros FTC pro-rated
  • Location: 75% Barcelona, 25% remote
