What are we looking for?

We are looking for people specialized in results-driven Data Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and processing large datasets using Databricks and PySpark.

Your day-to-day will focus on:

  • Distributed data processing with Apache Spark on Databricks
  • NoSQL schema design and performance tuning in MongoDB
  • Data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration using Delta Lake, Apache Airflow, and Azure Data Factory
  • CI/CD for data pipelines and version control with Git
  • Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in data engineering projects
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in multicultural teams
  • business units—to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead architecture reviews, and contribute to internal communities of practice on AI and cloud technologies.
