We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Transaction Services (TS) team of a consulting firm specializing in restructuring, transformation, and valuation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Historical Financial Statements:
Examine the Target's Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to assess financial performance. - Key Financial Metrics Assessment:
Determine and analyze critical financial indicators such as normative EBITDA, normative Working Capital Requirements, and Adjusted Net Financial Debt. - Business Plan Review and Cash Flow Forecasting:
Critically review or develop Business Plans and associated future cash flow projections. - Report Preparation:
Draft comprehensive reports, including summary tables and technical documentation. - Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide junior team members. - Client Interaction:
Engage directly with clients, fostering trust throughout the transaction process.
Profile:
- We are looking for an experienced consultant to fill a senior/manager position.
- Degree in Business Administration (ADE).
- 3–5 years of experience in Transaction Services.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
This role involves delivering high-quality financial and operational reviews, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and developing actionable strategies and business plans. Consultants in this position often work within small project teams, supporting clients across various engagements, including strategic planning, profitability enhancement, and pre-deal due diligence.
Additionally, responsibilities may include conducting independent financial reviews, preparing restructuring proposals, and liaising with stakeholders such as clients, creditors, and legal advisors.
This position offers the opportunity to develop as a professional advisor, gaining exposure to special situations across industries.
