Purpose of the Role: Drive Digital Growth Across EMEA

As a Google Ads Sales Representative, you will be a strategic partner, collaborating closely with
Swedish companies and key agency partners
to develop and execute customized digital advertising strategies.

Working within a high-energy, goal-oriented environment, your primary mission will be to significantly
expand the Client's customer base
across the EMEA region. You will be instrumental in shaping exceptional client experiences and empowering innovation within the fast-moving Spanish online marketing landscape.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Management:
    Enhance client & agency relationships by providing customized, data-driven, and
    performance-boosting strategies
    , while proactively promoting additional, cutting-edge digital marketing products.
  • Consultative Sales:
    Offer strategic consultancy to clients, maximizing their
    Return on Investment (ROI)
    on advertising investments. This requires a sophisticated, quality consultative approach, leveraging deep product knowledge and market insights.
  • Achieve Excellence:
    Consistently achieve and
    exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
    , while maintaining the highest standard of customer satisfaction and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Proactive Engagement:
    Initiate and maintain active communication with customers via professional phone calls, video conferencing, and email, acting as their
    trusted advisor
    in the digital space.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

Language & Education

  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
    C2 level of Swedish
    (native/near-native fluency) is required, along with a
    high professional level of English
    .
  • Educational Background:
    BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong analytical and professional capabilities.

Experience & Skills

  • Professional Experience:
    1-2 years
    of proven experience in sales, business development, or online advertising, ideally within a
    target-driven B2B environment
    .
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Foundational knowledge of Google products such as
    Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
    is highly desirable.
  • Core Skills:
    Demonstrated excellence in
