In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Testen, Validieren und Verifizieren von elektrischen Niederspannungssystemen im Fahrzeug sowie von Hochvolt Batteriesystemen. Du stellst die Einhaltung internationaler automobil relevanter Normen sicher, unterstützt die Entwicklungsteams bei der Ausarbeitung zuverlässiger und sicherer Funktionen und wirkst an der Lösung technischer Fragestellungen im gesamten Entwicklungszyklus mit. Deine Arbeit trägt entscheidend zur Leistung, Sicherheit und Qualität zukünftiger Fahrzeugarchitekturen bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst funktionale und technische Anforderungen und leitest daraus präzise Testspezifikationen und Testfälle ab
  • Du führst manuelle und automatisierte Tests auf Komponenten, Teilsystem und Fahrzeugebene durch und validierst sowohl Niederspannungssysteme als auch Hochvolt Batteriesysteme
  • Du stellst den sicheren und stabilen Betrieb von Testumgebungen, Prüfständen und Messgeräten sicher
  • Du prüfst die Einhaltung relevanter Normen wie ISO 26262, UN ECE R100, LV Normen sowie weiterer elektrischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Standards
  • Du dokumentierst Testergebnisse klar, identifizierst Abweichungen und begleitest die Fehlerbehebung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware, Software und Systementwicklung
  • Du unterstützt die Analyse von Testfehlern, definierst geeignete Korrekturmaßnahmen und überprüfst deren Wirksamkeit im Rahmen von Regressionstests

Notwendige Kenntnisse

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in automobilen elektrischen und elektronischen Systemen im Niederspannungs und Hochvolt Umfeld
  • Verständnis von Batteriesystemen einschliesslich BMS, Hochvoltsicherheitskonzepten, Schützlogik und Energieverteilung
  • Vertrautheit mit Kommunikationsprotokollen wie CAN, LIN, FlexRay und Automotive Ethernet
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Testwerkzeugen und Messmitteln wie CANoe, Vector Tools, Oszilloskopen, Multimetern oder HiL Systemen
  • Grundkenntnisse in ISO 26262 Funktionale Sicherheit und UN ECE R100 elektrische Hochvoltsicherheit
  • Fähigkeit zum sicheren Lesen und Interpretieren von Schaltplänen, Verdrahtungsplänen und Systemarchitekturen

  • Strukturierte und detailorientierte Vorgehensweise
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse und Spanischkenntnisse, Deutsch wünschenswert
