About the Role

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as
Remote Travel Agents
. This role is perfect for anyone who loves travel, enjoys helping others, and is looking for a flexible opportunity that fits around their lifestyle.

As a Remote Travel Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. You will work with reputable travel suppliers and booking platforms to help clients arrange a wide range of travel experiences — from weekend breaks to long-haul holidays and everything in between.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with booking holidays, flights, accommodation, and cruises
  • Provide professional travel advice and exceptional customer service
  • Use approved booking systems to manage and confirm reservations
  • Keep up to date with travel guidelines, destination trends, and supplier promotions
  • Access exclusive discounts, incentives, and industry resources
  • Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
