About the Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and service-driven
Luxury Travel Specialist
to join our expanding global travel team. This role is suited to individuals who enjoy crafting exceptional, high-end travel experiences and who have a genuine appreciation for luxury hospitality, premium brands, and personalised service.

As a Luxury Travel Specialist, you will curate bespoke itineraries, premium getaways, and tailored travel arrangements for clients who expect the very best. You will be supported with full training, access to exclusive suppliers, and ongoing professional development. This is a fully remote role that allows you to work from anywhere within our eligible regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design personalised, luxury-focused travel experiences including 5-star hotels, private tours, VIP transfers, and premium cruises
  • Deliver outstanding service with a concierge-style approach
  • Provide clients with expert destination knowledge and tailored recommendations
  • Manage complex itineraries, special requests, and high-end preferences
  • Keep up to date with luxury trends, exclusive offers, and emerging premium destinations
  • Use approved booking platforms and supplier tools to manage client reservations

  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing specialist expertise

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or travel is welcome, but
    not required
