Como
Leisure and Partnership Specialist
lideraras la captación y gestión de cuentas clave B2B2C en el sector Rent a Car. Esta posición combina visión estratégica y habilidades comerciales para identificar oportunidades de negocio, negociar acuerdos y consolidar relaciones sólidas con Prokers, Parnership, Hoteles, Tour Operators y Travel Agencies internacionales. Además, será el/la embajador/a de la compañía en eventos del sector, fortaleciendo su presencia en mercados clave. El puesto está ubicado en nuestras oficinas ubicadas de Madrid y se encargará, entre otras, de las siguientes tareas:

  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la captación de clientes B2B2C (Prokers, Parnership, Hoteles, Tour Operators y Travel Agencies).
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales a largo plazo con cuentas clave internacionales.
  • Maximizar la rentabilidad del portafolio de clientes mediante análisis comercial y optimización de condiciones.
  • Negociar acuerdos comerciales en línea con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
  • Coordinar acciones con otros departamentos (marketing, operaciones, finanzas, etc.) para asegurar la alineación en la ejecución comercial.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando grandes cuentas B2B2C en el sector Rent a Car o afines.
  • Grado universitario en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Marketing o similar.
  • Formación complementaria en grado máster de Dirección Comercial, EMBA, Customer Experiencie, negociación o gestión de cuentas será valorada positivamente.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2 - C1); se realizará prueba de nivel.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente.
