We're Hiring: Investment – Research Analyst

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Analyst / Early Career

We're looking for a highly analytical and research-driven Investment Research Analyst to support our investment team by delivering in-depth market, company, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for candidates with strong research skills and a passion for financial markets and investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fundamental research on companies, industries, and market trends.

Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and valuation metrics.

Develop financial models, forecasts, and investment scenarios.

Prepare investment research reports, briefs, and presentations.

Support portfolio analysis, performance tracking, and risk assessment.

Monitor macroeconomic developments and their impact on investment strategies.

Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment team members.

Maintain research databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.

Solid understanding of financial markets, investments, and valuation principles.

Ability to interpret financial statements and business fundamentals.

Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.

Prior experience in investment research, equity research, or finance-related roles is a plus.
