WE'RE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN PROFILES WITH EXPERIENCE IN:
Relevant experience as an Agile leader (e.g., Scrum Master, Flow Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe Hands-on experience applying Agile techniques: user stories, estimation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and pairing Experience facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work across diverse, international teams Experience working in global environments and large organizations Familiarity with software development lifecycles and DevOps principles Strong knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar platforms Experience administering and operating ticketing systems, boards, and digital collaboration tools A creative, proactive, and motivated working style with a strong focus on innovation Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plusWHAT WE OFFER
