Estamos buscando un/a Quality Engineer para unirse al equipo de Sant Just Desvern.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Mejora de la calidad del producto y del proceso en serie.
  • Participación en nuevos lanzamientos desde la fase de concepto hasta la SOP y posterior continuidad de la serie.
  • Participación en el mantenimiento del sistema de calidad (documentación de Proceso, etc.).
  • Representación de la empresa ante el cliente y Reportes 8D.
  • Actualizar los portales de los clientes.
  • Colaboración con calidad planta en las no Conformidades Internas y Externas y liderar la implementación de las acciones correctivas y de mejora.

Lo que buscamos:

  • Estudios Ingeniería Industrial (preferiblemente mecánica).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el sector de la automoción (preferiblemente con OEM) como Quality Engineer, gestionando reclamaciones producto serie, proyectos y validación de productos y procesos.
  • Valorables conocimientos de los procesos de montaje y estampación, así como soldadura de metales. Conocimientos/uso de herramientas de calidad (Técnicas de resolución de problemas, FMEA y reverse FMEA, planes de control, estudios de capacidad, IMDS, etc.) y de metrología.
  • Experiencia en los principales portales de cliente.
  • Conocimientos en la realización del seguimiento de los hitos de los proyectos según APQP.
  • Comprensión de planos y especificaciones de clientes.
  • Idiomas imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, valorable alemán.
