Fail Fast is looking for a motion designer to push the boundaries of what's possible in motion and animation, delivering world-class motion graphics. You'll inspire your team, and partner with leading global brands to deliver impactful work that blends craft, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.

You will be part of Fail Fast, a digital studio with more than 90 multidisciplinary profiles who daily improve products, services, and brands through creativity, design, and communication. They do this without fear of falling, because getting back up is part of the continuous improvement that defines our way of working. That's why you will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up sessions and mentoring, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certifying yourself in multiple specialties. All this, in offices located in Barcelona, near the beach and with an incredible human team.

¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?
  • Audiovisual Post-Production: Deliver world-class motion graphics, digital ads, explainer videos, promos, animated presentations, and more. Primarily focus on 2D motion, AI animations, and occasionally 3D.
  • Creative Development: Create storyboards, style frames, moodboards, and animatic videos, leveraging your expertise in motion graphics and audiovisual language.
  • Editing: Video and audio editing.
  • Collaboration: Daily collaboration with visual and UX/UI designers, marketing experts, Product Owners, and front-end and multimedia developers.
¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?
  • Degree in Motion Graphics, Post-production, or a related creative discipline.
  • Proficiency in: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • A substantial understanding of visual composition, photography, lighting, and cinematic narrative.
  • Proficiency in creating dynamic animations in 2D, image, and typography.
  • Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with proven leadership, teamwork abilities, and a methodical approach, all balanced by a commitment to humility and low ego.
  • Very high or native level of English. (C1+/C2)

Bonus Points
- Knowledge of Cavalry, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma.
- Experience in AI projects: asset generation and post-production using AI tools (Midjourney, Weavy, Freepik, Veo3, Eleven Labs, etc.).
- Experience in VR and AR projects.
- Experience in international projects (English-speaking contexts).
- Knowledge of interactive technologies and new trends in digital products.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with strong attention to detail
