A global real estate organisation with a strong footprint across mission-critical infrastructure is expanding its data center delivery capability in Spain. As part of continued investment in large-scale, high-spec facilities, the company is looking to appoint a Data Center Project Manager to lead complex projects from early design through to handover.
This role gives you real ownership of high-value data center developments in Spain, exposure to international stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape how projects are delivered in one of Europe's fastest-growing data center markets. If you enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and seeing projects move from concept to live environment, this is a role where your impact is visible.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management of data center developments and upgrades
Managing design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases
Coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external partners
Controlling project budgets, schedules, and risk registers
Ensuring compliance with technical standards, health & safety, and local regulations
Reporting progress to senior stakeholders and global teams
Supporting continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Skills Required:
Strong project management background within data centers or mission-critical environments
Solid understanding of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in an international, matrix-led organisation
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering data center or critical infrastructure projects
Background in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline
Experience working on large-scale or complex real estate projects is highly valued
