The Alpega Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Polish & Spanish). This role will be part of the operations organization in Alpega.

You speak Polish, English, Spanish, and you would like to be part of an international company? Do you want to play an active part in shaping the landscape of the transport industry as part of a SaaS company? Become our new Customer Service Representative As such, you will join our Freight Exchange (FX) Business and you will be an important member of our organization.

About The Role

  • Help our customers have the best customer experience
  • Gather customer requirements and obtain order information.
  • Solve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Document issues and actions according to customer requirements. Collect, complete, and enter information into the database.
  • Support the Controlling Department in the process of cancellation, cash collection, and debt mediation.

What We Look For In You

  • Previous experience working in customer service is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Native Polish
  • Fluent in English/Spanish
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Curious and can-do attitude
  • Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail standards
