Funciones

We are seeking to recruit skilled F& B Servers to join our service teams across several new restaurant concepts that will be opening in the coming months. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests that reflects the quality, values, and service culture of Iniala. This role is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from those new to hospitality to seasoned service professionals. Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression. Present menus, explain dishes and beverages clearly, and provide informed recommendations when required. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams. Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the service and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Handle billing and payments accurately and professionally, in line with company procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas at all times. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards. Adhere to service sequences and brand standards consistently. Carries out other job
- related duties as required Previous F& B experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment, ideally within a high
- end establishment. Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in the English language is a must. Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
