At Barrabés.biz, we believe that with technology and innovation we will be able to continue growing without harming society or the planet. Within our sustainability services area, we are looking for a Junior Innovation Consultant specialised in Sustainability, Mobility and Environment.

Your mission

We are looking for Junior Innovation & Sustainability Consultant to play a key role in boosting all our innovation skills, based on an agile, smart and scalable organizational and operational model.

They will support disruptive and challenging projects and will help to the customers in the transformation, innovation and digitalization of their business, during the different steps of the projects: definition of key ideas, concepts and briefings; planning and facilitate the innovation processes; projects' execution and follow up; relationships with internal and external partners involved in the projects; ensure the achievement of the established goals.

Background

C1 English level
Academic background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, or a related field.
Additional training and specific knowledge: Knowledge and/or training in innovation methodologies or techniques such as Design Thinking, Open Innovation, or Lean Startup.
Experience: At least 4 years in innovation consulting, including the management, advisory, and facilitation of innovation and digital transformation projects, preferably in the mentioned areas.
