We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
to support our growing team. In this role, you will assist with daily HR operations, manage employee documentation, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience across the company. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in all administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate recruitment steps including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Help manage employee benefits, time-off requests, and HR inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports and support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general support to the HR Manager and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong time-management abilities and capacity to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS platforms, or employee management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies or HR process optimization.
- Ability to assist with employer branding or internal communications.
