How will it be to work wit
h
us?

Assist with HR systems administration and support the maintenance and integration of SAP SuccessFactors.

Collaborate with IT and technical developers on system projects and improvement initiatives.

Support the manager in adapting the Employee Central module to evolving business needs.

Maintain the employee database, ensuring data integrity through audits and issue resolution.

Apply data standards, privacy, and security best practices when handling sensitive HR information.

Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with technical support when needed.

Help manage JIRA tickets to ensure timely HR support.

Provide user support and training on HRIS functionalities, complemented by clear documentation and guides.

Contribute to process evaluations to identify opportunities for workflow autom
ation.

What will make you succeed in this position

• Strong foundation in data analysis and system administration, with a focus on improving efficiency
• Experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred)
• Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with databases
• Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI and SuccessFactors-People Analytics preferred) is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving a bilities
• Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvement.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
