We're looking for a 
Technical Support Specialist
 who can help artists and labels solve technical issues, understand the platform, and make the most out of MatchMusic. You will be the bridge between our users and our product/engineering teams, ensuring a smooth, reliable, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to artists, labels, and users across email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to uploads, metadata, distribution, payments, and platform functionality.
  • Document and escalate bugs or technical incidents to the engineering team.
  • Assist users with onboarding, platform navigation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve features and workflows based on recurring issues.
  • Maintain detailed internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor platform health and report irregularities or outages.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and artist-first customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technical support, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
  • Familiarity with web platforms, APIs, or SaaS products (bonus points for music-tech experience).
  • Comfort working with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Bonus: Experience in music distribution, artist services, or metadata systems.
