Delegado/a de Ventas
para liderar el desarrollo comercial en Cataluña y Baleares dentro del sector de
Medical Devices
.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de clientes en hospitales y centros sanitarios de la zona asignada.
  • Promocionar productos médicos innovadores en el entorno quirúrgico.
  • Establecer relaciones estratégicas con profesionales de la salud (compras, cirujanos etc.)
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y contribuir al crecimiento sostenido de la compañía.
  • Coordinar demostraciones de producto y formación en quirófano.
  • Reportar actividades comerciales y seguimiento de KPIs.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Mínimo
    5 años de experiencia
    en ventas de
    dispositivos médicos
    , preferiblemente en entorno hospitalario.
  • Conocimiento profundo del
    entorno quirúrgico
    y sus dinámicas.
  • Alta orientación a resultados, habilidades de negociación y capacidad de trabajo autónomo.
  • Residencia en
    Barcelona
    y disponibilidad para
    viajar frecuentemente
    por Cataluña, Baleares
