En Romocean, empresa perteneciente a ROMEU, estamos buscando incorporar un/a Trade & Network Specialist en nuestras oficinas de Valencia.What will your functions be?

Te encargarás de la coordinación entre proveedores y agentes de Romocean, gagarantizando la consistencia comercial en todos los trades y asegurando la competitividad en el mercado combinando 3 puntos clave: Trade & Pricing, Agency Support y Control Operativo:

1.Trade & Pricing

  • Registro y actualización mensual de tarifas.
  • Soporte en la negociación de tarifas con los proveedores.
  • Análisis continuo de mercado en las rutas designadas.

2.Agency Support

  • Formación necesaria a los agentes.
  • Gestión de determinados bookings.
  • Atención diaria a los agentes ante cualquier consulta operativa o comercial.
  • Mediación entre agentes.

3. Control Operativo

  • Coordinación de transbordos.
  • Seguimiento y aprobación de mercancías peligrosas.
  • Gestión de Claims.
  • Control de slots.
What are we looking for?
  • Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística y/o similares.
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año como Customer Service en el sector.
  • Nivel medio - avanzado de inglés (B2).
  • Buenas habilidades ofimáticas (Paquete office: Excel y Word).
