Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, managing cases related to software, hardware, networks, and the internet. Additionally, the role will involve configuring and installing computer equipment, creating user accounts, and documenting the flow of technical information within the company, ensuring an effective and timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients regarding technical issues via phone, email and through an IT service management system
• Troubleshooting and solving software, hardware, computer peripherals, networks and Internet related cases
• Preconfigure and installation of computer equipment
• Creation of user accounts for access to various systems
• Documenting and tracking the status of user inquiries, coordinating responses and taking care of customer satisfaction
• Monitoring for timely and quality information flow between the different departments
• Creation of technical documentation based on requests for technical assistance
• Escalate tickets and actively collaborate with other IT teams in Bulgaria to ensure timely and effective resolution

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent knowledge in Information Technology or a related field
• Еxperience in supporting Windows operating systems
• Good understanding of computer hardware and the ability to identify and troubleshoot common hardware issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and think analytically
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations

Advantages:

• Previous experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud services, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and related administration tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and tools such as SCCM or Intune
• Understanding of key internet protocols (FTP, SMTP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL, POP3, IMAP)
• Hands-on experience with installing and configuring desktop and laptop devices, both manually and using system images
• Knowledge of QES (Qualified Electronic Signatures) and digital certificate management
• Basic understanding of VoIP technologies and internet telephony
• Experience with network devices, especially MikroTik and Cisco routers/switches
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and corporate intranet platforms
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2 level)
• Experience in managing and supporting Android-based mobile devices
