En Grupo P&A buscamos, para nuestro cliente, importante multinacional del sector automoción ubicada en Vigo, un/a Supplier Development Engineer.

La misión del puesto será asegurar el desarrollo, la evaluación y la mejora continua del rendimiento de los proveedores, garantizando un lanzamiento robusto de nuevos productos y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la compañía. Asimismo, la persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar el proceso APQP en el marco de nuevos programas y de impulsar la formación y el desarrollo técnico de la base de suministro.

Funciones principales

  • Liderar el proceso APQP en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y en cambios de proveedor.

  • Coordinar revisiones técnicas y evaluaciones de proveedores.

  • Desarrollar las capacidades de los proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la compañía.

  • Impartir formación en calidad a proveedores.

  • Coordinar planes de mejora del rendimiento para alcanzar los objetivos definidos.

  • Gestionar la resolución de problemas técnicos en proveedores.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos e identificar mejores prácticas.

  • Revisar el trabajo realizado con criterio técnico y evaluar el progreso frente a objetivos.

  • Participar en la definición de la estrategia de commodities.

  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora de procesos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Grado Universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o titulación universitaria equivalente.

  • Valorable Máster y formación en auditorías de proceso.

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares dentro del sector automoción.

  • Nivel alto de inglés (uso profesional).

  • Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en:

    • Metodología 8D.

    • Procesos de fabricación y Six Sigma.

    • Requisitos QS 9001 / IATF 16949, incluyendo APQP y PPAP.

    • Metodología Lean.

  • Experiencia en elaboración de informes de auditoría y manuales de procedimiento.

  • Conocimientos SAP
