This is a rare opportunity to build digital presence
from scratch
in a highly competitive B2B tech sector. We're looking for a proactive specialist who thrives on website acquisition and advanced answer/optimization (AIO/AEO) strategies, with deep attention to user behavior on site. You'll be joining a team with considerable background in search-driven marketing—your experience will be validated through hard case studies and results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Organic sign-ups/conversions
  • Demo requests or bookings from organic traffic

First Month Expectations:

  • Deliver a detailed growth plan: objectives, tactics, and milestones + execute

Required Skills:

  1. Acquisition strategy & technical execution—site launch, indexing, competitive keyword mapping.
  2. Hands-on expertise in AIO/AEO (Answer/Ai/Optimization)—structured content, snippet planning, voice and semantic optimization.
  3. Deep understanding of user behavior (heatmaps, funnel analysis, clickstream data).
  4. Data analysis and reporting—comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO dashboards, Ahrevs, Semrush,
  5. Direct B2B experience—preferably with SaaS or tech startups.
  6. Thorough command of technical and creative SEO tactics.
  7. Analytical tools mastery—SEM/SEO tools, BI dashboards, split-testing frameworks.

Experience & Requirements:

  • High-level English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrable case studies on site launches and organic lead generation in B2B.
  • Hands-on, startup-oriented mindset—not just management/oversight, but tactical operations.
  • Interest in competitive, growth-focused sectors (bonus: experience in manufacturing tech or sales automation).
