WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Reporting directly to Top Management, you'll shape, scale, and showcase The Agent's brand across Europe. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, content, and B2B communications, you'll drive brand awareness, credibility, and qualified pipeline—working hand-in-hand with Sales, Client Success, and Leadership.

YOUR MISSIONS
1) Marketing Strategy & Positioning
• Define the global marketing & comms strategy with leadership, aligned to image, business goals, and growth.
• Sharpen our brand positioning within the Fashion & Marketplaces ecosystem: tone of voice, visual universe, narrative.
• Lead market intelligence to spot opportunities, angles, and trends that feed strategy and campaigns.
• Build integrated campaigns (content, events, digital) to boost visibility and authority.
2) Communications, Content & Visibility
• Own our editorial roadmap and produce premium assets (LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, decks, videos, case studies).
• Elevate our B2B brand voice and visual identity across every touchpoint.
• Run lead-gen initiatives (webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, targeted emails) and optimize for conversion.
3) Cross-Functional Projects & Partnerships
• Orchestrate 360° projects with Sales, BAMs and Management: launches, collabs, trade shows, PR.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships (fashion, digital, innovation).
• Co-create offers and scalable marketing toolkits for partner brands.
4) KPIs & Data Management
• Build dashboards to track awareness, engagement, lead quality and funnel impact.
• Run monthly readouts and iterate strategy based on results.
• Partner with Sales/Leadership to steer marketing performance end-to-end.
5) Management
• Coach and develop a design/content intern.
• Safeguard brand consistency and quality across visual and editorial outputs.

WHO YOU ARE
• 3–5 years in Marketing/Comms/Brand (ideally fashion, e-commerce, or digital retail).
• Strong fashion & visual culture; you master the industry's narrative and aesthetic codes.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution (events, content creation, project orchestration).
• Outstanding writing & storytelling skills (English).
• Proficient with Canva/Adobe Suite, CRM & marketing automation tools.
• Fluent English required; French appreciated.
