European Blockchain Convention and its satellite events are among the most influential blockchain and digital asset events in Europe, connecting institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers since 2018.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own audience growth, ticket sales, lead generation, and campaign execution across our events.

This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue-driving marketing outcomes. You will manage a team of 2–3 people, work side-by-side with Sales and Operations, and be fully accountable for turning campaigns into measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and drive audience growth, ticket sales and lead generation across our events
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (email, organic, paid, partnerships)
  • Write and manage our newsletters and email marketing calendar
  • Lead and coordinate a marketing team of 2–3 people with a strong execution mindset
  • Work closely with Sales to support pipeline growth and conversions
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure timelines and delivery are aligned
  • Track performance (sales, leads, conversions) and continuously improve what works
  • Test new ideas, formats, and channels to grow reach and engagement

Requirements:

  • BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 4+ years experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
  • Solid understanding of the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem.
  • Hardworking individual who demonstrates commitment to achieving goals
  • Must be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking
  • Attention to detail and customer oriented person
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, marketing or finance
