¿Con quién trabajarás?

Formarás parte del equipo de Calidad y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Producción e I+D. Este equipo garantiza la fiabilidad de los productos electrónicos resolviendo problemas técnicos e impulsando la mejora continua. También interactuarás con clientes y proveedores para mantener los estándares de calidad en toda la cadena de valor.

¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?

Como Ingeniero de Calidad, serás responsable de garantizar la calidad y la fiabilidad de los productos electrónicos mediante análisis técnicos, resolución de problemas y colaboración interfuncional. Proporcionarás asistencia técnica tanto a nivel interno (ensambladores, operadores) como externo (clientes y proveedores), liderarás acciones correctivas y propondrás mejoras en los procesos y productos.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas de calidad en colaboración con los equipos de producción e I+D.
• Diagnosticar problemas en placas de circuito impreso, componentes electrónicos y procesos de soldadura.
• Liderar el análisis de las causas raíz e implementar medidas correctivas.
• Gestionar las no conformidades internas y externas.
• Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los equipos internos y a los socios externos.
• Analizar los defectos y los datos de reparación para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Preparar informes técnicos y documentación de calidad.
• Garantizar la correcta separación de residuos y seguir las directrices medioambientales.
• Desarrollar continuamente tus conocimientos técnicos y defender los valores de igualdad e inclusión de la empresa.

¿Qué queremos saber sobre ti?

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica o Eléctrica
• Más de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto relacionado con la calidad en la fabricación de productos electrónicos
• Experiencia en componentes electrónicos y soldadura
• Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y clientes
• Conocimientos profesionales de inglés y español
• Gran capacidad analítica, orientación al cliente y habilidades para la resolución de problemas
