Within Envision Energy International Spain, Under the leadership of the Regional Head of Administration or other designated personnel at Envision Energy International Spain, this position supports all administrative and logistical functions for the Spain Envision Energy subsidiary.

Key responsibilities include office management, administrative expense management and payment, sourcing administrative suppliers, and assisting HR with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, among other administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle daily administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies.

  2. Assist in organizing company meetings, trainings, and events, providing logistical and administrative support.

  3. Assist the HR department with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  4. Manage administrative expenses and payments, maintaining accurate records and ledgers.

  5. Source and manage administrative suppliers, ensuring stable, compliant, and high-quality supply channels.

  6. Support project-related logistics, including employee accommodation and meals.

  7. Manage office equipment and assets, ensuring accurate records of inventory in and out.

  8. Assist the department supervisor with other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or related roles;
  2. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic skills in data organization and document preparation;
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with good execution ability and service-oriented mindset;
  4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  5. Possess organizational and planning abilities, with strong teamwork spirit;
  6. Basic financial awareness, capable of maintaining and tracking administrative expense records;
  7. Proficient in Spanish and Chinese, with fluent English communication skills.
