We are hiring an Asset Manager to take full ownership of the strategic and financial performance of a portfolio of Living assets.

Role Overview

As Asset Manager you willl act as the central point of coordination between investors, operators and internal teams translating strategy into execution and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing approved Business Plans and ensuring assets perform in line with investment objectives across operations finance and strategy.
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational and financial initiatives
  • Identify value creation opportunities and manage downside risks
  • Own and drive the execution of asset level Business Plans
  • Oversee capex programs leasing strategy and operational performance
  • Maintain and update financial models DCF scenarios sensitivities
  • Monitor asset performance versus budget and Business Plan and analyze variances
  • Propose corrective actions and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support refinancing hold sell decisions and portfolio reviews
  • Prepare clear high quality asset and portfolio performance materials
  • Contribute to investor reporting updates and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage external operators (property managers and advisors)
  • Work closely with Investment, Operations, Finance and Legal teams
  • Coordinate external advisors (technical, valuation, ESG, tax...)

Candidate Profile

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management PE funds RE platforms REITs SOCIMIs advisory
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership mindset pragmatic execution oriented
  • Proven experience managing income generating assets and executing Business Plans
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of real estate operations and asset level value drivers
  • Fluent English written and spoken

  • Exposure to Living strategies (BTR, PBSA, flex living...)
  • Experience working with institutional investors
  • Portfolio level asset management exposure
  • ESG integration at asset level
