Asset Manager

Buscamos gestores/as de cobros para deuda amistosa y judicial de naturaleza financiera.
Funciones:
-Acciones orientadas al cobro y recuperación de deuda en diferentes tipologías de productos bancarios.
-Llevar a cabo la correcta atribución de las diferentes palancas de negociación para obtener los mejores resultados.
-Gestión de importantes volúmenes de llamadas diarias a través del sistema de auto-marcación o sistemas similares.
-Negociación con intervinientes para lograr acuerdos de pago.
-Gestión masiva de recuperación de deuda en expedientes asignados conforme a los parámetros y requisitos generales de gestión.
-Seguimiento de propuestas, cumplimientos de planes de pagos, etc.
-Cumplimiento mensual de los objetivos marcados por el departamento correspondiente.
Requisitos mínimos:
-Formación académica mínima: Ciclo formativo grado medio o equivalente.
-Experiencia requerida en puesto similar superior a 1 año.
-Orientado a trabajar con objetivos mensuales.
-Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
-Habilidad de negociación y de convicción.
-Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
-Persona organizada, orientada a los objetivos, con actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
-Trabajo presencial 100% en la oficina de Madrid.
Otros aspectos relevantes:
-Conocimientos en materia de LOPD y/o cursos anuales en protección de datos.
-Habilidad con el paquete office (en especial Excel), internet y correo electrónico.
-Nivel medio de inglés.
