¿Eres DevOps Engineer y estás pensado en un cambio profesional? Buscamos un Platform Engineer / DevSecOps para incorporarse directamente a plantilla de compañía que construye plataformas fintech de nueva generación, cloud-native y reguladas, con alta exigencia de escalabilidad, resiliencia, seguridad y compliance.

Como Platform Engineer, formarás parte de un equipo que diseña y opera plataformas financieras complejas para entornos regulados y multi-país. Trabajarás en sistemas core con requisitos estrictos de disponibilidad, seguridad y observabilidad, utilizando arquitecturas de microservicios Java, Kubernetes y pipelines IaC + DevSecOps. Colaborarás codo a codo con equipos de arquitectura, backend, data, producto y seguridad, participando en decisiones de diseño que impactan productos financieros internacionales.

Queremos conocerte

¿Cómo SERÁ tu día a día?
-Diseñar y mantener plataformas de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) para microservicios Java.
-Evolucionar arquitecturas cloud en AWS/Azure con IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Bicep): VPCs/VNets, subredes, balanceadores, gateways, bases de datos gestionadas, colas y almacenamiento.
-Gestionar clústeres Kubernetes (EKS, AKS): namespaces, RBAC, políticas de red, Ingress, autoscaling, Helm/Kustomize, despliegues canary/blue-green y soporte multi-tenant/multi-país.
-Implementar service mesh (idealmente Istio) para mTLS, rate limiting, circuit breakers y enrutado avanzado.
-Integrar seguridad en pipelines CI/CD: SAST, DAST, escaneo de dependencias/SBOM, análisis de contenedores; gestión de secrets (Secrets Manager, Key Vault) e IAM least privilege.
-Definir estándares de hardening, threat modeling, compliance (CIS, OWASP, ISO y controles automatizados vía IaC.
-Implantar stacks de observabilidad (Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK), SLOs/SLIs, alertas y chaos engineering.
-Promover cultura DevSecOps: módulos IaC reutilizables, documentación, mentoring y mejora continua.

¿Cuál es la CLAVE de este puesto?
-Experiencia previa en roles DevSecOps / Platform Engineer.
-Microservicios Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus) en Kubernetes.
-Conocimientos sólidos de AWS y/o Azure en producción: networking (VPC/VNet, security groups/NSG), servicios gestionados e IAM.
-Dominio de IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK o Bicep/ARM.
-Gestión de clústeres Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) y pipelines CI/CD.
-Experiencia con service mesh (Istio: VirtualServices, DestinationRules, mTLS).
-Integración de herramientas de seguridad (SAST/DAST, escaneo contenedores/dependencias).
-Scripting (Bash, Python, Go) y observabilidad en entornos distribuidos.

¿Qué otros conocimientos VALORAMOS POSITIVAMENTE?
-Certificaciones en AWS o Azure (arquitectura, DevOps o seguridad).
-Experiencia en OpenTelemetry y trazabilidad distribuida a gran escala.
-Haber trabajado en entornos financieros o regulados.
-Conocimientos de OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno u otras soluciones de políticas como código.
-Experiencia en Platform Engineering construyendo plataformas self-service para desarrolladores.

¿Qué podemos OFRECERTE?
-Contrato indefinido para puesto estable directamente contratado por nuestro cliente.
-Modalidad de trabajo: remoto con visitas puntuales cuando sea necesario a oficinas.
-Ubicación: Madrid centro (metro Velázquez).
-Horario: L-J: 9-18H, viernes y verano, jornada intensiva hasta las 15:00h.
-Seguro médico privado.
-Salario: 40.000€ € Brutos/Anuales (cifra orientativa abierta a negociación)
