Role Overview

We are looking for a 
MuleSoft Platform Engineer
 to support and strengthen enterprise integration capabilities within an international environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the 
stability, performance, and operational excellence
 of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across multiple environments.

This role spans 
platform administration, security, automation, monitoring, and container-based operations
, working in close collaboration with internal teams and external providers.

Some occasional off-hours support and short business travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

MuleSoft Platform & Gateway Operations

• Operate, configure, and maintain the 
  MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  .
• Deploy and support 
  gateway components and platform services
  .
• Handle daily operations: incident, problem, change and performance management.
• Manage 
  API security
  , certificates, SSL settings, and platform-level configurations.

System, Cloud & Container Management

• Administer 
  Linux (Red Hat)
   environments, patching, logs, and system monitoring.
• Work with 
  OpenShift
   and container orchestration tools for deployments.
• Monitor platform health, analyze logs, and proactively address performance issues.

Automation & DevOps

• Implement and maintain 
  Infrastructure as Code
   using 
  Terraform
  .
• Operate and optimize 
  CI/CD pipelines
   using Tekton/Kino, ArgoCD, Git.
• Contribute to automation, governance, and operational best practices.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with international teams (internal + external providers).
• Document system procedures, configurations, and platform standards.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide occasional support outside regular hours when required.
• Travel short-term if needed for project activities.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years
   in platform engineering, integration infrastructure, or MuleSoft platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with 
  API gateways, security, certificates, SSL, OAuth/OpenID
  .
• Strong background in 
  Linux administration
   (Red Hat), logs, shell & process management.
• Experience with 
  OpenShift / containers
   and DevOps practices.
• Confirmed experience with 
  IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
   and 
  CI/CD tools
   (Git, Tekton/Kino, ArgoCD).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and maintain production-grade platforms.
• Experience working in 
  international teams
   and with external partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Flexibility for occasional off-hours work and short-term travel.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Cloud basics (
  AWS, Azure
  )
• Understanding of 
  MuleSoft Anypoint Platform architecture
• Networking fundamentals (VIPs, firewalls, load balancers)
• Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP/REST tooling
