Role Description

As a Corporate Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events such as conferences, training, and networking events. Responsibilities will include liaising with clients, vendors, and partners, managing event logistics, and ensuring successful event delivery. You will also contribute to event marketing strategies and maintain strong client engagement. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona, with flexibility for some remote working.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Marketing, with a strong understanding of logistics, promotion, and budget management.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with diverse clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Organisational and multitasking skills for managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with MAC environment and tools for event coordination and promotion such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office; quick learner of new programmes.
  • Previous experience in the IT or Software Testing industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
