Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Madrid for a Freelance Network Engineer. The Network Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing network systems, conducting troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing network solutions to support business goals and collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of Network Security protocols and practices to ensure data and system protection.
- Proficiency in Network Design, including developing and implementing scalable network solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and troubleshoot complex issues under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with current networking technologies and tools, and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams or in multinational organizations is a plus.
