Role Overview

We are seeking a
Network & Infrastructure Engineer
to manage and maintain our core
network infrastructure
,
virtual environments
,
VMware platforms
, and
server systems
. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deploy robust solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure secure, high‑performance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Engineering:
    Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Virtualization / VMware:
    Support and optimize virtualization platforms such as
    VMware ESXi
    ,
    vCenter
    , and virtual network services.
  • Server Management:
    Maintain and troubleshoot
    server hardware
    ,
    Linux/Windows environments
    , and infrastructure services.
  • Security & Monitoring:
    Use network and system monitoring tools to ensure performance, stability, and security.
  • Collaborate with systems, security, and cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Document technical processes and best practices for internal use.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of
    network protocols
    (TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN).
  • Hands‑on experience with
    network devices
    configuration and operation.
  • Experience with
    virtualization tools
    (e.g.,
    VMware
    ,
    vSphere
    ,
    ESXi
    ).
  • Knowledge of
    server technologies
    , operating systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with
    network monitoring
    ,
    security principles
    , and
    infrastructure automation
    .
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g.,
    CCNA
    ,
    CCNP
    ,
    VCP – VMware Certified Professional
    ).
  • Chinese language skills preferred.
