 for AI data centers worldwide. We support next-generation GPU cluster environments through expert hardware deployment and on-site engineering.

Role Overview

The 
Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (Hardware)
 is responsible for deploying, installing, and supporting the physical hardware layer of AI data centers, including racks, power, cabling, GPU servers, and cooling interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and integrate GPU servers, switches, PDUs, racks, and cabling.
  • Support and interface with 
    liquid cooling systems
     (CDUs, manifolds, hoses, sensors).
  • Perform bring-up tasks: firmware updates, BIOS settings, hardware validation, burn-in tests.
  • Conduct on-site checks for power, airflow, cooling readiness, and rack quality.
  • Troubleshoot server, network, and hardware faults.
  • Coordinate with colocation providers, data center operators, and Neurair engineers.
  • Maintain rack diagrams, asset inventories, and installation documentation.
  • Follow all data center access and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data center hardware, IT infrastructure, or colocation deployments.
  • Strong hands-on skills with servers, GPUs, switches, structured cabling, and rack layout.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, rack elevations, and basic cooling/power documentation.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and hardware troubleshooting workflows.
  • Valid work authorization in Spain; ability to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-density GPU clusters.
  • Exposure to liquid cooling or advanced cooling environments.
  • Knowledge of IPMI/BMC, BIOS configuration, and system management tools.
  • Professional English (required). Additional languages are a plus.
