* The position
We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist & Designer*
to join our team. This hybrid role combines strong design skills with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling materials and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Main Accountabilities
Your mission will be to
execute & support the marcom activity & marketing campaigns.

  • Design marketing assets including brochures, presentations, social media content, email templates, communication materials, and product sheets among others.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Communication teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of digital and offline campaigns (email marketing, social media, events, web content).
  • Support the creation of landing pages, banners, and visuals for digital advertising.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, or freelancers when needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal content libraries (templates, icon sets, brand guidelines).
  • Implement & use AI capabilities to easy & fast adapt the communication materials & marcom assets to the different countries & languages.

What We Expect From You

  • Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Languages: Proficient professional English (written & spoken) & Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or design role, preferably with experience in project-based work or freelance assignments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
