Para nuestras operaciones en Pamplona, buscamos un perfil de Atención al Cliente Internacional.

Serás el punto de contacto principal para nuestros clientes, tanto los nuevos como los que ya forman parte de nuestra red. Tu labor consistirá en asegurar su satisfacción y fidelización a través de un seguimiento continuo, construyendo relaciones sólidas basadas en la confianza y el entendimiento mutuo. Te encargarás de gestionar las ventas de nuestros productos y servicios, principalmente mediante comunicación telefónica y correo electrónico.

Entre tus responsabilidades se incluirá la verificación de los pedidos recibidos, asegurando que se cumplan las condiciones de pago y los plazos de entrega. También prepararás toda la documentación necesaria para el envío de los pedidos y realizarás un seguimiento exhaustivo de los mismos, además de llevar a cabo las tareas administrativas propias del puesto. La jornada laboral es completa, de lunes a viernes, de 09:00 a 17:00.
