We are currently hiring a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid/onsite role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while growing your skills in digital advertising. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play an essential role in assisting clients with their online ad campaigns, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Role Description:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for helping clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region launch and optimize their PPC campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, set up campaigns, and provide ongoing support to ensure campaigns are successful. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, campaign performance, and uncover new business opportunities.

This position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid/onsite work arrangement. The company will supply all necessary equipment, including a laptop, software, and other resources to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and assisting with the setup of their PPC campaigns on our platform.
  • Campaign Optimization: Regularly review client campaigns, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Consultation & Strategy: Understand the client's goals and recommend customized PPC strategies to help them succeed. Provide ongoing consultation to ensure clients maximize the value of their campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance to ensure clients meet their KPIs, offering insights and suggestions to optimize results. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and trust.
  • Client Support & Problem Resolution: Respond to client queries and resolve any campaign issues quickly, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous success.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or features that can enhance client campaigns and help them meet their objectives.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and technical support, to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and align with client goals.
  • Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, continually improving your digital marketing knowledge to better serve clients.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2 level) and strong English skills (C1/C2 level) to communicate effectively with German-speaking clients.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience can be an alternative.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or a similar field, with familiarity in PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) being advantageous.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed and building long-term relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive approach to work, able to meet individual goals and deadlines while contributing to the team's success.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client issues quickly, providing solutions that maintain high levels of satisfaction.
