We are looking for a
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on an international project, closely collaborating with an international team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the
    implementation and configuration
    of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions within SuccessFactors.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in EC and related modules.
  • Design and document
    functional specifications
    , data migration templates, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using
    SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware
    tools.
  • Conduct
    workshops, user training, and UAT
    (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Provide
    post go-live support
    , system optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest
    SuccessFactors releases and best practices
    .

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in SAP Projects as
    SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
    (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    HR master data, position management, time off, and workflows
    .
  • Knowledge of
    other SuccessFactors modules
    (Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
