About the Company

OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to the dealer network on processes, procedures, and corporate tools.
  • Design, update, and deliver hands-on training programs.
  • Ensure the implementation of the brand's operational standards across the network.
  • Identify training needs within the network and propose continuous improvement plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to dealer teams in the practical application of procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ and the network, sharing process updates and collecting dealer feedback.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of the network, ensuring consistency between training delivered and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with external providers to prepare, record, and review scripts for training courses.
  • Organize training events focused on both processes and products.

Required Profile

  • Previous experience in training, network consultancy, or dealer support within the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and group management skills.
  • Availability to travel to the dealer network.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
