Event Coordinator/Booking Manger

The Love Events team are innovative, experienced and passionate, specializing in accommodation for large scale events, hotel contracting, venue sourcing and also full event management

From NYC to Macau, our team has travelled the world, delivering consummate professionalism, building new relationships with hotels and suppliers globally, maintaining an unrivaled reputation and creating sensational events for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join the Love Events team and further develop their career within the hotel and event management industry, working alongside event professionals. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, passionate about events and have a can-do attitude. The main duties will be:

  • Global hotel and venue sourcing, contracting and management ( booking experience is a plus )
  • Management of rooming lists and reception duties
  • Accomodation and transfer services support
  • Assisting the team with any other requests.
  • Managing relationships with clients and suppliers ( client facing essential )
  • Administrative tasks
  • Back Office tasks
  • Able to travel globally multiple times a year essential.

Key skills

  • BA Tourism/ Event Management graduates preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Spanish, French, and any other languages are a plus
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills
  • Excel proficient
  • Attention to the detail and good time management skills
  • Outgoing and a strong team player
  • Experience in the hospitality /tourism sector is a plus.
