Main responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of Barcelona city in order to list properties in target areas.
  • Collect and review all property related documents to ensure everything is correct.
  • Actively manage & maintain client relationships in order to ensure a proactive communication flow.
  • Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the transaction.
  • Maintain our CRM updated with the latest clients requirements related to their search or sale in order to ensure a clean and manageable database for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of the Barcelona market and key areas.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • Professional, excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Financially and results-oriented with a proactive and self motivating attidue.
  • Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
  • Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients.
