Workster is partnering with a global tech-driven organization to recruit passionate and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives for the Danish market. With a hybrid model, this is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of cloud innovation, helping small and medium-sized businesses unlock the power of advanced cloud solutions.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, building meaningful relationships and guiding businesses through their cloud adoption journey. Your focus will be on driving growth, maximizing opportunities, and delivering measurable value to clients through top-tier cloud technology.

Your Role
  • Initiate contact with prospects, deliver strong first impressions, and develop client portfolios
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers exploring cloud technology solutions
  • Identify business needs and match them with appropriate cloud offerings
  • Collaborate with internal Solution Specialists and Partner Managers to maximize sales
  • Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue targets
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services ("Voice of the Customer")
Your Qualifications
  • Fluency in Danish (C1+) and English (B2+)
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for tech and digital transformation, with a customer-first mindset

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (Azure, Modern Workplace, BizApps)
The Offer
