Join Axpo's IT Collaboration Team in Madrid and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic and international environment.
What you will do:
Support daily operations and resolve L1/L2 requests for Microsoft 365 services.
Assist with Teams configuration, Exchange Online administration, and SharePoint site provisioning.
Contribute to Intune enrollment, compliance policies, and device management.
Help maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and execute security practices.
Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and maintain clear documentation.
Participate in feature rollouts, migrations, and user adoption activities.
What you bring & who you are:
Studying for or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) and Windows 10/11.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and device management concepts.
Introductory PowerShell knowledge and a willingness to learn automation.
Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong English communication skills.
Ideally, experience with Intune, PowerShell modules, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900).
