As the face of Betsson in Spain, you'll keep our Málaga tech hub running smoothly - driving strong compliance, supporting an engaging culture, and championing Betsson's values with confidence at every level.

A Flavour of What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead Local HR Operations: Own day-to-day HR management for Málaga - from onboarding and contracts to engagement initiatives and office culture.
  • Be the Cultural Anchor: Help create an environment where people feel welcome, inspired, and proud to work.
  • Compliance & Coordination: Partner internally with teams such as Legal and HR Operations to keep our processes watertight under Spanish labour law, taking ownership of local processes such as Visa applications and maintenance.
  • Talent & Onboarding: Collaborate with our global TA team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, representing Betsson as an employer of choice in the local market.
  • Employee Experience: Be the first point of contact for employees - approachable, professional, and proactive in resolving queries.
  • Engagement & Events: Drive local wellbeing and social activities that reflect Betsson's culture and values.
  • Data & Reporting: Keep records accurate and processes efficient, ensuring information flows smoothly between Málaga and other locations.
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Spanish labour law and HR operations.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Organised, approachable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confident hosting visitors, leading local initiatives, and being the visible HR face of the office.
