The Role Summary

We are looking for a Responsible Pharmacist, to lead our Spanish operations.

You will be leading a fast growing pharmacy in an expansive and fast growing part of pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities   

  • As the Responsible Pharmacist you are head of all pharmaceutical processes as well as strategy and development.
  • Monitoring of drug dispensing from a pharmaceutical, medical and economic point of view
  • Implementation of new ideas to optimize our processes
  • Consultation with medical practices, wholesalers and suppliers
  • Driver of change, process improvement and innovation.

Skills

  • You have successfully completed your pharmacy studies
  • Interest in taking on management and leadership tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Goal-oriented action and flexibility
  • A keen interest in a scaling and digitising pharmacy processes

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Como Farmacéutico/a Responsable, serás responsable de todos los procesos farmacéuticos, así como de la estrategia y el desarrollo.
  • Supervisión de la dispensación de medicamentos desde una perspectiva farmacéutica, médica y económica.
  • Implementación de nuevas ideas para optimizar nuestros procesos.
  • Asesoramiento con clínicas, mayoristas y proveedores.

Aptitudes

  • Has completado satisfactoriamente tus estudios de farmacia.
