Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades backend en PHP utilizando frameworks modernos.
- Participar en la evolución de la arquitectura y en la optimización del rendimiento de los servicios.
- Contribuir a escribir código limpio, modular y sostenible aplicando buenas prácticas y patrones de diseño.
- Colaborar en
code reviews
, sesiones técnicas y definición de estándares de calidad. - Investigar, proponer y aplicar mejoras que aumenten la robustez y escalabilidad del backend.
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias en los servicios backend, garantizando su disponibilidad.
- Trabajar estrechamente con otros equipos (producto, frontend, QA…) para asegurar entregas alineadas y de alto impacto.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- +7 años de experiencia como Backend Engineer.
- Experiencia sólida con PHP y frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Slim, etc.).
- Conocimientos de ORMs (Doctrine o similares).
- Familiaridad con patrones de diseño y arquitectura hexagonal (TDD, DDD).
- Experiencia trabajando con Git y flujos de trabajo colaborativos.
- Capacidad para escribir código de calidad, testeable y bien documentado.
- Experiencia con Docker y/o Kubernetes
- Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para acudir 1 día a la semana.
