Senior PHP Developer at BairesDev As a Senior PHP Developer, you will lead the development of sophisticated PHP-based web applications, oversee project development, mentor junior developers, and integrate the latest web technologies to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions. Oversee the design and development of sophisticated PHP applications, aligning them with business and technical requirements. Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation. Make strategic decisions related to software architecture, performance optimization, and PHP-related technical challenges. Champion best practices in PHP development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new PHP technologies and frameworks into software projects.
